The R401 is comprised of a powerful 700W motor block and a 4.5Ltr capacity stainless steel cutting bowl - perfect for cutting meat, kneading dough, shredding herbs and making delicious sauces and mayonnaises. The R401 also includes a handy veg prep attachment, allowing you to quickly chop, slice and grate a huge variety of vegetables with perfectly uniform results. And thanks to the side ejection function, the resulting prepped veg can easily be dispensed into a GN pan, ready for the next cooking or prep step.
The Robot coupe includes everything you need to start prepping straight away, including 2&4mm cutting discs, 2&6mm grating discs and the patented Robot Coupe 'S' cutting blade - essential tools in any pro kitchen.
