All products purchased from Nextday Catering Equipment come with a minimum one-year parts-only warranty. This means we will supply the parts required to repair the unit, but we do not cover or reimburse any third-party labour costs.

Many of our items also include an onsite labour warranty for one year, and in some cases up to two or three years. The length of the warranty will be clearly displayed on each product page as 1, 2, or 3 Years Full Warranty. If you are unsure about the warranty coverage for a specific product, please contact us at [email protected].

In the unlikely event that a product fails during its warranty period, please follow the service procedure outlined below. For parts-only warranties, we will arrange to send the necessary components directly to you. For return-to-base repairs, the item must be securely packaged in a suitable box with adequate internal protection to ensure safe transportation.

To Help with some products that are Parts Only Warranty the following Items with the Prefix DA- or HMK- are All Parts Only Cover.

PLEASE SEE BELOW THE MEANING OF EACH WARRANTY WE OFFER.

🔧 1-Year Parts Only Warranty – What It Covers and What It Means

The 1-Year Parts Only Warranty is a standard level of warranty protection provided with many products sold by Nextday Catering Equipment. It’s designed to offer reassurance that, should any manufacturing faults arise within the first 12 months of purchase, you won’t have to bear the cost of replacement parts.

What’s Covered?

  • Replacement of faulty parts due to manufacturing defects.

  • Parts will be supplied free of charge for a full 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty applies to components such as thermostats, motors, switches, circuit boards, heating elements (unless classified as consumables), fans, or structural parts that fail under normal usage conditions.

What’s Not Covered?

  • Labour costs: You are responsible for arranging and paying for a qualified engineer or technician to diagnose the issue and fit the replacement part.

  • Service call-outs or engineer visits.

  • Wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, or lack of routine maintenance.

  • Consumable parts such as gaskets, bulbs, fuses, knobs, and heating elements on some units—these may not be covered unless stated otherwise.

🛡️ 1-Year Full Warranty – Comprehensive Protection for Total Peace of Mind

The 1-Year Full Warranty is our most inclusive warranty offering and is available on select products purchased from Nextday Catering Equipment. It is designed to provide you with complete coverage—including both replacement parts and labour—in the event of a manufacturing fault during the first 12 months from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered?

  • Replacement of faulty or defective parts due to manufacturing issues.

  • Onsite labour costs associated with diagnosing and repairing the fault.

  • Engineer call-out charges, where applicable.

  • Full repair or replacement of the faulty component or product, depending on the nature and severity of the fault.

  • All costs involved in the warranty service (excluding misuse, damage, or non-warranty issues).

This warranty ensures that you won’t pay anything if a covered fault occurs within the warranty period. Simply report the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What’s Not Covered?

While the 1-Year Full Warranty is comprehensive, some exclusions still apply:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

  • General wear and tear or cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect the equipment’s functionality.

  • Consumable items, such as bulbs, seals, fuses, filters, knobs, and certain heating elements—unless explicitly stated.

  • Routine maintenance tasks such as descaling or filter cleaning.

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications carried out by unqualified personnel.
