Delivery Times
Next Working Day Delivery is available for most mainland UK orders placed before 2pm, though it is not guaranteed.
Deliveries to remote or offshore locations (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight) may take longer and are excluded from next day service.
Delivery Charges
FREE Delivery on all web orders £200 + VAT or more (excluding restricted postcodes).
Orders between £50 – £199.99 + VAT: £5.95 + VAT
Orders under £50 + VAT: £7.95 + VAT
Delivery for DA-PREFIX Products
Items with DA- prefix product codes typically take 5 to 7 working days for delivery.
Remote & Offshore Deliveries
Deliveries to remote and offshore areas may incur additional charges as we use third-party subcontractors for these services.

- Direct Delivery Items
- Some items such as heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery have an extended delivery time as they are delivered directly from our supplier.
- Although most items will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days we cannot guarantee delivery times for these products.
- Extremely Large, Heavy or Bulky items may incur additional delivery costs, this will be confirmed by our sales team.
- Delivery times will be delayed during HGV Driver Disruption periods.

- Any requests for telephone calls before delivery are not guaranteed and are subject to courier discretion
- Please note that all items with the prefix DA- have an extended delivery timeframe. These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, so please allow approximately 5 to 7 working days for delivery.
- Delivery is made to kerbside only with the Exception of Polar and Buffalo. ( these 2 brands Only have special delivery terms and will be positioned where requested ground floor only and all packaging removed ) all other deliveries for large items over 30KG are kerbside only.
- Please note that the drivers do not unpack or position goods Unless Its Polar Brand.
- Please carefully check the Palletised goods by unpacking them before signing for the delivery.
- If you find any damages to the Palletised Item please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product.
- If the driver is unable to wait for the goods to be inspected then please refuse the delivery and contact [email protected].
- If you sign for the delivery, this means you are accepting it and the insurance policy will not cover the transport damages you will want to claim. Therefore once the delivery document is signed, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund.
Equipment Deliveries
Please note some heavy equipment items are taking much longer than normal to be delivered in certain areas due to the backlog in the UK with HGV pallet networks, we will notify you within 24hrs if your item is going to be delayed. We trust this is just a temporary backlog.
If you wish to check the delivery time on a product then Please Message on our Website Chat or Email for a quick response. Our couriers are trying their best to cope with the demand and we are meeting 96% of all our orders are being despatched within 24hrs and Delivered within 2 to 3 days
To check the status of parcel deliveries, simply log onto our website and access any tracking via your order history, in the my account section. Alternatively you can download the Parcelforce or DPD app, Many Items over 30kg in weight can take 1 day longer for delivery during peak times.

Heavy Equipment
Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs, kerbside only.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility.
Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning or assembling items.
Age Restricted Items:
As a responsible supplier of knives, corrosives and other harmful substances, our courier will conduct an age verification check upon delivery. This only applies when signing for a parcel that contains one of these products. Our delivery driver will ask for proof of identification before handing over your parcel. Accepted forms of ID are- Passport, Driver’s license or a Citizens card. Please be aware that if identification cannot be produced at the point of delivery then the driver will not deliver your parcel.
Delivery is usually Shipped 'same day' when orders are placed before 2pm. If guaranteed 'next day' delivery is required the 'guaranteed next day service' option should be selected. Please note: [During Covid Lockdowns & HGV Disruption periods this is unavailable] this applies to mainland UK and excludes weekend deliveries, highlands and islands. Selecting our Guaranteed service means that we will dispatch the products from our warehouse, we do have to rely on the courier to make the delivery on our behalf which has a 97% success rate. Please note, we use several different couriers to ensure deliveries are made on time. Covid19 Restrictions will delay orders in certain areas as per the government guidelines.
ORDERING HEAVY EQUIPMENT NEXT DAY:
HEAVY EQUIPMENT (FRYER'S, COOKERS, WATER BOILERS AND GENERAL ELECTRICAL ITEMS WITH A PLUG ATTACHED MUST BE SELECTED WITH HEAVY EQUIPMENT EXP 24 HOUR DELIVERY IF THE ITEM IS NEEDED NEXT DAY. PLEASE NOTE THESE ORDERS MUST BE IN BY 1PM - Not Available During Covid Lockdowns or HGV Disruption periods.
Please ensure you provide the correct billing address that matches the card holder and the correct delivery address, including the postcode and contact number. Incorrect details may result in a delay to your order. A land line telephone number is required for any orders that are being delivered to an alternative address which doesn't match the card holder's registered address. We do not ship to flats or tower blocks unless they are manned by a contactable security firm with a land line telephone number.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. Standard UK delivery charges excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight. For these areas please refer to the remote and offshore delivery tables for pricing.
Items damaged must be reported on the same day of delivery and must be made in writing with pictures within 12 hours from the time of delivery. Claims made outside this time limit will not be valid. If a delivery is received with an item damaged, the delivery note must be signed as 'damaged' and delivery refused and return to sender. Any claim for damages must be accompanied by photographic evidence. Emai8ls must be sent to [email protected] with all the information and followed by a phone call to ensure the damage claim has been received.
Some items, such as heavy catering equipment and some crockery, have an extended delivery time as they are sent direct from their manufacturers. Delivery time is usually within 3 working days however, please allow up to 7 working days for electrical heavy cooking and refrigeration equipment During busy periods. You will be contacted shortly after placing your order to advise of any possible delays to your delivery. Please note, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery but can contact the courier to provide an estimated time of delivery. Extremely Large, Heavy or Bulky items may incur additional delivery costs, this will be confirmed by our service team on [email protected] with any enquiries. Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises as well as ensuring that the Carrier has sufficient access to complete the delivery. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit or if the carrier is unable to deliver. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility and may incur an additional cost. Any restrictions of delivery areas or streets that are inaccessible due to parking or timed delivery zones must be agreed and timed delivery fees will be charged at the couriers premium fee.
We aim to process and dispatch any order completed before 2pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. Please allow up to 3 to 4 working days for delivery of your order unless you have specified an express delivery.
We aim to have all items on our website in stock however, If your item is out of stock, we will advise you as soon as it becomes available. An email will be sent to you with the option to cancel your order if you are unable to wait for delivery. Tax charges and 20% VAT are applied to all orders made within the UK and European Union. All other orders are VAT free.
