The Polar U-Series 1300 litre upright double door cabinet delivers exceptional storage capacity and versatility for the busiest professional kitchens. At the touch of a button, the unit switches seamlessly between refrigerator and freezer modes, giving you the flexibility to adapt storage as your menu and stock requirements change. With a usable capacity of 954 litres across six adjustable shelves, the interior can hold both direct loads and full-size gastronorm trays (1/1 and 2/1 GN compatible), allowing easy transfer between appliances without the need to repackage.

Built with durable stainless steel inside and out and 90mm high-quality insulation, this cabinet is designed for heavy-duty performance, maintaining consistent temperatures even in ambient conditions up to 40°C. The powerful forced air cooling system ensures rapid temperature recovery after door openings, while the automatic electronic defrost keeps components frost-free and running efficiently.

For improved safety and convenience, the self-closing lockable doors activate from 90° and feature removable magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning. A user-friendly digital controller with LED display provides precise control, while lockable castors make positioning and maintenance straightforward. The secure, reversible doors also offer layout flexibility to suit different kitchen configurations.

Our Delivery Terms

Please ensure you read and understand our delivery rules.

Delivery is made to kerbside only with the Exception of Polar and Buffalo. ( these 2 brands Only have special delivery terms and will be positioned where requested and all packaging removed ) all other deliveries for large items over 30KG are kerbside only.
Please note that all items with the prefix DA-, BE- and G-, have an extended delivery timeframe.
These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, so please allow approximately 5 to 7 working days for delivery.
For items weighing over 100kg and starting with prefix DA-, BE- and G- , additional haulage costs may apply due to the weight and size of the products, if not displayed at checkout. We will contact you closer to the delivery date to inform you of any such costs. These charges cover forklift or extra delivery assistance to ensure safe delivery. If you have a forklift available on-site, please confirm this after placing your order.
Please note that the drivers do not unpack or position goods Unless Its Polar Brand.
Please carefully check the Palletised goods by unpacking them before signing for the delivery.
If you find any damages to the Palletised Item please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product.
If the driver is unable to wait for the goods to be inspected then please refuse the delivery and contact [email protected].
If you sign for the delivery, this means you are accepting it and the insurance policy will not cover the transport damages you will want to claim. Therefore once the delivery document is signed, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund.
Our Terms & Conditions state you must check the product for any damage before accepting the delivery. If damaged, the driver must return it to sender! We cannot assist with damaged items once the driver leaves the site. This applies to Stalwart products. (Reference: DA-, BE- and G-). Please Ensure all items ordered fit through entrance doorways and that you have adequate electrical or gas connections available for fitting your appliances. Any cancellations once the goods have been processed from our warehouse will incur a restocking fee.
