This unit is easy to clean safe and simple to use with vitreous enamelled oven liners removable floor plate and shelf supports. Being twin fan assisted for even heat distribution this provides consistent cooking results. The double insulated doors and side and back panels provides safer operation and greater efficiency.

The fully pressed hob and vitreous enamelled hob sections are both designed to be very easy to clean - an essential time-saving feature in a large commercial kitchen.
