The Lincat V6/F is an electric fan assisted oven which provides better heat distribution reducing cooking times thermostatically controlled with a temperature range from 50 to 250°C. This unit can also support a suitably sized Silverlink 600 counter-top unit enabling you to save space. With 4 shelf positions the V6/F is supplied with 2 shelves and can accept 2/3 GN size containers. 

The Lincat Silverlink 600 Fan Assisted Electric Oven V6/F is a stainless steel 2/3 Gastronorm sized convection oven from best-selling brand Lincat. Providing excellent performance and capacity whilst operating from a 13A plug, the fan assisted models offer even heat distribution, reduced cooking times and optimum efficiency. The vitreous enamelled interior with radiused corners and removable side shelf supports easy cleaning, while the side opening doors, with robust hinges and ball catch give it safe and easy access. It is able to support suitably sized Silverlink 600 countertop units, such as boiling tops, bain maries, griddles and work tops.
