The Lincat LBR has a compact low-profile design and gives a comfortable working height when used on a typical 900mm high worktop. This unit features variable heat control and automatic power reduction if a pan boils dry or is removed prolonging the life of the hotplate. This boiling top is suitable for the kitchen but is also useful in buffet or mobile catering operations.
