The Lincat BM6 is a dry heat operation bain marie base unit only. Designed to accept 4 x 1/4 size 150mm deep gastronorm containers and 1 x 1/2 size 150mm deep gastronorm container not included or you can configurate it with 2 x 1/2 and 2 x 1/4 or 6 x 1/4 GN size. Perfect for safely holding sauces gravy & pre-cooked foods for up to two hours at serving temperature.  Complete with adjustable temperature control.
