The Lincat GS7 is a counter top electric griddle with a smooth machined cooking surface capable of producing 190 x 4oz burgers from frozen per hour and 140 x 8oz medium cooked steaks per hour. This heavy duty hard-wearing unit is thermostatically controlled for consistent results whilst its thick steel plate offers even heat distribution and excellent heat retention. It comes as standard with a removable front drainer drawer which also makes for easy cleaning.
