Using advanced Sahara fan technology, the drawers heat up fast and provide an incredibly reliable and accurate storage area. Access is simple, thanks to the smooth drawer gliding mechanism and each of the two drawers can accommodate a full size (1/1) gastronorm pan for maximum holding capacity.
