Give your customers the hard choice of an extensive and delicious food range with up to 5/1 gastronorm pans worth of heated foods being available for display at any given time. Any flat bottom trays or containers can be used beneath the overhead gantry which holds not only the heating lamps but reinforced sneeze screens to lower the risk of contamination. Both the temperature of the heat lamps and integrated mats beneath the ceramic can be changed separately on a straightforward digital control panel on the operator's side of the unit.
