Bamix Gastro has been designed with the commercial kitchen in mind. Having a much longer Stab/stem it can be immersed into much larger deeper pans of soups and sauces for blending. The Bamix Gastro like all other models has a double insulated body housing (sleeve) but with its longer stem enables the user to go into a pan right up to the body housing to a depth of 25cms. Cleaning is as simple as running under a tap.
