The OzPig Diffuser is an indispensable accessory which gives further temperature control as it helps to reduce the cooking surface heat by approximately 50%. By pivotting the top plate away and adding the diffuser on top of the flames you would have the option of two warming areas while cooking on top of the diffuser. The diffuser is excellent for toasting bread muffins and other products.
