The professional Stalwart Spiral Dough Mixer is the perfect food mixer for producing perfect soft dough for a range of different breads and pizza bases and is thus ideal in all pizzerias patisserie and low volume bakeries. Its robust build ensures durability and high level performance whilst also providing outstanding value for money. It also features a high efficiency motor with a lubricated gear box is supplied with a forged spiral dough hook and dough divider and also comes with thermal overload.
