Double Contact Panini Grill with cast iron ribbed plates and smooth bottom. Our contact grills can meet the demands of and busy kitchen. The contact grill achieves its results by cooking food between two heated surfaces. This method has many benefits over the conventional griddle; it cooks much more quickly, seals the food more effectively and locks in more of the juices thus improving the flavour and reducing shrinkage.
