The Falcon Chieftain Manual Tilt Bratt Pan G2994 in Propane Gas is a heavy duty thermostatically controlled cooking machine. It comes with six different cooking options: griddle shallow fry deep fry boil simmer and stew. The cast iron pan offers excellent heat distribution delivering great consistency whilst the manual easy-to-turn handle making it easy to tilt and operate. The safety of those using the bratt pan is paramount therefore power is cut-off if the pan is moved from the fully lowered position or is lifted at any time.
