As each plate is independently controlled, the grill can also double as a compact griddle too, so you can cook chicken breast, bacon and much more - perfect for saving energy if you don't need to fire up your main griddle. The NCG8-F is also easy to clean, thanks to the clever smooth design of the exterior and removable drip tray.
