Make fresh dough and pastry with the 12 litre Hercules 10 spiral dough mixer from Sirman. With range of attachments, including a forged spiral dough hook, dough divider and brushed stainless steel mixing bowl, the mixer can do all of the work for you - giving you more time to get on with pressing tasks.

The lid allows you to add ingredients during a mix - essential for saving time and getting the recipe just right. To top it off, the mixer has a safety micro switch protected safety guard - keeping staff safe from accidental injuries whilst the machine is on.
