Crafted from high quality perforated aluminum, the design of these pans provides support and a permanent connection between the frame and panel without using individual fasteners or welding. With no loose rivets to fall free and no broken welds to worry about, the baguette pan provide hassle-free baking.

Furthermore, each pan has 5 molds for baking baguettes or french breads. The open ends of the molds allow for perfectly rounded, brown ends on the heels of your breads. The perforations allow moisture to be released from the dough to give a perfect crispy crust.

The coating minimizes the need for oils, parchment paper, and other non-stick applications. PFOA free, this coating is compliant with CE standards and is safe to use. For optimal product life, thoroughly dry the pan after each wash.
