This professional griddle has been created with ease of use in mind - with simple controls, and make out of durable, high quality stainless steel. The griddle can heat up to 300°C, with a large cooking area of 728mm by 400mm, with 4000W of power culminating in a fantastic griddle for commercial kitchens. This model is split half smooth and half ribbed/grooved cooking area.

  • Polished mild steel plate (10mm in thickness), Stainless Steel heating element
  • With a plash guard, anti slip feet, and a cool to touch Bakelite knob - optimising the griddle for safety as well as performance
  • Temperature 50-300°C
  • With a large stainless steel oil collector with handle for ease
