This particular burger press creates burgers to a diameter of 100mm (or 4 inches if you prefer) and is made out of high quality adonised aluminium meaning that it is durable, hard wearing and easy to clean making this burger press perfect for a busy kitchen. This burger press also includes a storage area for round patty paper (which you need to purchase separately) making it even easier to consistently create, high quality burgers in a restaurant, café, or catering /hospitality venue.
