Incredibly easy to use, the single group head Fracino Velocino espresso coffee machine combines the convenience of a high quality bean to cup coffee machine with the functionality of a traditional espresso maker. The control panel features simple one-touch operation and a multi-language LCD status display, ensuring instant feedback and minimal down time. Water, coffee and milk volumes as well as timings can all be programmed, meaning a consistent, perfect coffee every time. The Velocino also features an automatic cleaning cycle to maximise hygiene and coffee quality. For added flexibility, the 'go large' button allows the user to easily offer regular or large drinks. Full training and installation provided as standard (terms apply).

Installation and training included with purchase to UK Mainland only, excluding Offshore & Remote locations (you will be contacted to complete a pre-installation checklist, before installation date is booked and machine arranged for delivery).

IMPORTANT: orders for Offshore and Remote locations (Ireland, Highlands, Islands etc) will incur additional charges with added delivery lead times - phone order only, please call us for more details.

Our Delivery Terms

Please ensure you read and understand our delivery rules.

  • Delivery is made to kerbside only with the Exception of Polar and Buffalo. ( these 2 brands Only have special delivery terms and will be positioned where requested and all packaging removed )  all other deliveries for large items over 30KG are kerbside only.
  • Please note that all items with the prefix DA- have an extended delivery timeframe.
    These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, so please allow approximately 5 to 7 working days for delivery.
  • For items weighing over 100kg and starting with prefix DA- , additional haulage costs may apply due to the weight and size of the products, if not displayed at checkout. We will contact you closer to the delivery date to inform you of any such costs. These charges cover forklift or extra delivery assistance to ensure safe delivery. If you have a forklift available on-site, please confirm this after placing your order.
  • Please note that the drivers do not unpack or position goods Unless Its Polar Brand.
  • Please carefully check the Palletised goods by unpacking them before signing for the delivery. 
  • If you find any damages to the Palletised Item please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product.
  • If the driver is unable to wait for the goods to be inspected then please refuse the delivery and contact [email protected].
  • If you sign for the delivery, this means you are accepting it and the insurance policy will not cover the transport damages you will want to claim. Therefore once the delivery document is signed, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund.
  • Our Terms & Conditions state you must check the product for any damage before accepting the delivery. If damaged, the driver must return it to sender! We cannot assist with damaged items once the driver leaves the site. This applies to Stalwart products. (Reference: DA-). Please Ensure all items ordered fit through entrance doorways and that you have adequate electrical or gas connections available for fitting your appliances. Any cancellations once the goods have been processed from our warehouse will incur a restocking fee.
