Giving you the option to soft or hard chill your stock, this machine serves well as either a tool to prepare meals at the beginning of the work day or as an emergency means to preserve food quality - for example if a customer unexpectedly leaves or a double order is made. Utilising a unique airflow design, cool air is drawn throughout the cabinet to maintain a consistent standard of food hygiene as well as to retain all the original taste, texture and flavour of your meals.
