Refrigerated Prep Tops

Countertop fridges, often called servery toppers or buffet fridges are widely used in both front of house and back of house areas to improve access to refrigerated ingredients. These handy units help to keep food perfectly chilled and can usually be fitted with gastronom pans for easy replacement of contents. When used front-of-house, buffet fridges are great for self-service areas and are commonly used to hold cold sauces or salads. In the kitchen, countertop fridges are ideal for prep areas - especially pizza prep or sandwich stations.
