The pepper mills are made from machine cut, hardened carbon steel, which cuts and strips peppercorns to break them into smaller pieces to slowly release a more intense flavour year after year. The pepper mechanisms are spring loaded, meaning the mills can be easily adjusted from fine to coarse grind to meet the varying tastes of your customer.
