This Blue Seal Turbofan oven is a 5 tray GN 1/1 digital electric convection oven with the industry’s leading technology and its smallest footprint: the width is just 610mm.
The E33D5 commercial convection oven has a capacity of 96.8 litres and a 6kW power output for single phase operation. The oven is supplied with height adjustable feet and it is stackable so output can be doubled as and when required with no loss of kitchen space. A stainless steel stand is available which transforms the countertop unit into a floor standing one. The intuitive and clever design of the Turbofan series of commercial catering equipment is something we’ve come to expect from Blue Seal. Enhanced durability and performance ease of use intelligent new features and contemporary looks ensure these hi-tech appliances are totally customer focused.
Fan assisted convection ovens allow more heat to be transferred – evenly – at a lower overall temperature and therefore much more quickly; this unit features a 2 speed bi-directional reversing fan system. This means that roasted foods are caramelised sooner to give you crisper edges succulent juicy interiors and a deeper flavour. This Turbofan convection oven is great for puddings cakes and sweet pastries too. It gives you the opportunity to offer your customers a bigger choice of great tasting food from a single appliance.
The external dimensions of the oven are 730mm(h) x 610mm(w) x 680mm(d); the height includes 76mm stainless steel feet. Its net weight is 85 kilos. The oven rack dimensions are 330mm x 530mm to accept 1/1 gastronorm dishes: 5 chrome plated wire racks are supplied as standard with 85mm spacing between trays. The oven lining is vitreous enamel for hygiene and long life; the side racks have 5 possible positions and are fully removable. The unit is stainless steel constructed and the oven chamber is fully welded for seamless joints long life and easy cleaning. The oven is designed with a stainless steel framed double glazed door for extra heat efficiency and savings in energy costs; the inner and outer glass is 5mm thick. The oven dimensions are 515mm(h) x 330mm(w) x 570mm(d).
The stainless steel stand for this oven - which turns it into a freestanding unit - is available as an option; it has a welded frame and 5 position tray runners as standard. Its dimensions are 880mm(h) x 810mm(w) x 650mm(d). The stand has 4 x 6mm diameter swivel castors with lock.
This product is part of the Blue Seal Turbofan range of exceptional convection ovens. The controls are electronic with digital time and temperature displays and manual or program modes for the many easy cooking features. The thermostat range is 50°C to 260°C with an over temperature cut out. The interior light provides safe and easily visible operation.
