Fully gastronorm compatible the Falcon oven is able to accept double size (2/1) pans and the robust drop-down door acts as a sturdy surface to rest trays. The stainless steel worktop acts as additional work space and can accommodate other appliances. For safety the adjustable shelves include an anti-tilt facility preventing accidents whilst moving pans in and out of the oven. Supplied on castors for ease of cleaning at the end of service.
