From the award winning Dominator Series the Falcon Plus Chargrill Brewery G3625 in Natural Gas is designed to provide unparalleled function and practicality for busy commercial catering outlets. Two independent burners allow for each half of the chargrill to be cooked separately an ideal feature if you require varying temperatures for different foods. The heavy duty cast iron radiants then protect the burners and provide even heat to branders cancelling the need for any messy coal or lava rock. Made from tough stainless steel it can go from 0C to +350C in 60 minutes with the front-mounted removable jugs collecting any run-off fat and oil making cleaning quick and easy.
