The Dolce Vita from Framec leads the trend towards selling ice cream in traditional Italian 7.5 litre “Carapine” pans; a large stainless steel cylindrical pan. The retro stying of the cabinet makes for a great centre piece for selling ice cream from, and is finished in a fetching blue and white. The unit is available in a number of scooping sizes. The unit comes as standard with a sneeze screen and has a low maintenance spiral condenser.
