- Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304, submerged "top", (20/10th) with liquids catching basin, adjustable legs in stainless steel (150/200mm), watertight "IPX5".
- Welded basin "Y" of stainless steel AISI 304 with rounded corners, equipped with cold zone, (bullet) outlet tap. Cover executed in stainless steel.
- Gas heating through burners with horizontal flame, placed under the basin. Temperature regulation from 120° to 1°C
