Returns
How to return goods
Nextday Catering Equipment operates a 30 day money back guarantee for its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase, the item/s must be unused, in its original packaging, fully un-tampered with and fully inspected by our warehouse manager before a full refund or replacement is made to you, whichever you prefer. A re-stocking fee may be charged for certain items.
Please ensure you follow our returns procedure – in the first instance call our returns line on the national rate number 0871 226 1086 to obtain your return authorisation number and details on how to return your product.
Warranty Repairs
All products bought from Nextday Catering Equipment have a minimum one year parts warranty, and most items also include an onsite labour warranty which also runs for one year. If any in any doubt please contact us by phone or email service@nextdaycatering.co.uk - 0871 220 1086.
In the unlikely event that a product fails during its warranty period please call 0871 226 1086 and we will arrange an immediate repair.
Please note that some items have a back to base only warranty, which means that we will collect the item from you and repair it at our repair centre then return to you in full working order.
